Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool
We are seeking a skilled Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care across multiple hospital units while adapting to different patient populations and clinical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care across assigned units.
- Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- ACLS/PALS preferred based on assigned units.
- Previous acute care or float pool experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
