RN – Flex Pool
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse – Flex Pool to provide safe, high-quality nursing care across various hospital units based on staffing needs and patient acuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care across multiple departments and patient populations.
Assess patients, administer medications and treatments, and monitor changes in condition.
Adapt quickly to different unit workflows, protocols, and patient-care requirements.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient status.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow safety and infection prevention standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN license in the applicable state.
Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
Previous hospital or acute-care nursing experience preferred.
Strong adaptability, clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
