RN – Flex Pool
We are seeking a skilled RN – Flex Pool to provide high-quality nursing care across various clinical units while adapting to changing patient needs and staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients across assigned clinical units.
Assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and monitor for changes.
Adapt to different patient populations, unit workflows, and care environments.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation while following patient safety and infection prevention standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by the state.
Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
Prior acute-care or hospital nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
