RN – Flex Pool
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse – Flex Pool to provide quality nursing care across various clinical units while adapting to changing patient and staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care across assigned units based on patient and staffing needs.
- Assess patients, administer medications and treatments, and monitor changes in condition.
- Adapt quickly to different clinical settings, workflows, and patient populations.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and health needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow nursing, safety, and infection prevention standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the applicable state.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- Previous acute-care or hospital nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
