RN – Flex Pool
Position Summary
Provide skilled nursing care across multiple units and clinical settings based on patient and staffing needs. Adapt quickly to different care environments while delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions.
- Provide medications, IV therapy, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed.
- Provide care across various units according to assignment and patient needs.
- Respond to changes in patient condition and clinical emergencies.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and care needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Follow infection-control, patient safety, and clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and active RN license in the applicable state.
- Previous acute care or hospital nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS and other certifications as applicable.
- Strong clinical, assessment, communication, and adaptability skills.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
