Registered Nurse (RN) – Flex Pool
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Flex Pool to provide high-quality nursing care across multiple hospital units based on staffing and patient-care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care across various inpatient units.
- Assess patients, monitor conditions, and respond to changes promptly.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
- Adapt to different unit workflows, patient populations, and clinical needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow patient safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and active RN license as required by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification preferred/required based on unit assignment.
- Previous acute-care or hospital nursing experience preferred.
- Strong adaptability, clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
