RN – Flex Pool
Provide safe and comprehensive nursing care across multiple units and clinical settings based on staffing and patient care needs. The Flex Pool RN will adapt quickly to different departments, assess patients, administer treatments, and support consistent quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care across assigned units according to patient and staffing needs.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and patient responses to treatment.
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
- Follow unit-specific procedures, policies, and clinical standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Provide patient and family education regarding care and treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Adapt efficiently to different workflows, patient populations, and care environments.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Previous acute care or hospital nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively across multiple clinical areas.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
