Registered Nurse (RN) – Flex Pool
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Flex Pool to provide high-quality nursing care across various units based on patient and staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients across assigned departments and units.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and changes in clinical status.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Adapt to different patient populations, workflows, and clinical environments.
- Respond to patient emergencies and changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow patient safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- ACLS/PALS certification preferred or required based on assigned units.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Previous acute care or multi-unit/flex pool experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$55.13 - $60.01/hour
