Registered Nurse – Flex Pool
We are seeking a highly adaptable and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across multiple clinical units as needed. The Flex Pool RN will deliver safe, patient-centered care while quickly adapting to different patient populations and healthcare environments.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care across assigned clinical units.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergency situations.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively across multiple clinical settings.
• Previous acute care or hospital nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$55.13 - $60.01/hour
