RN – Endoscopy
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse – Endoscopy to provide specialized nursing care to patients before, during, and after endoscopic procedures while ensuring safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and prepare patients for endoscopic procedures.
Monitor vital signs, sedation level, oxygenation, and patient condition during procedures.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and sedation-related medications as ordered.
Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures and respond to complications or emergencies.
Provide post-procedure recovery care and discharge education to patients and families.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection prevention and patient safety standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN license as required by the state.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Previous Endoscopy, GI, procedural, or critical-care nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$68.09 - $72.97/hour
