RN – Dialysis
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse – Dialysis to provide specialized nursing care to patients receiving dialysis treatments while ensuring safe and effective therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
- Initiate, monitor, and discontinue dialysis treatments according to established procedures.
- Monitor vital signs, fluid balance, and patient response throughout treatment.
- Administer medications and respond promptly to complications or changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis treatment, medications, diet, and self-care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the applicable state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous dialysis or nephrology nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
