Retail Pharmacist
We are seeking a skilled Retail Pharmacist to provide safe and effective medication services while delivering excellent patient care in a retail pharmacy setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and accurately dispense prescription medications.
- Counsel patients on medication use, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and clinical appropriateness.
- Manage medication inventory and ensure proper storage.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers regarding patient medications.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and follow regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent pharmacy degree.
- Active Pharmacist license as required by state regulations.
- Strong knowledge of medications, drug interactions, and pharmacy practices.
- Excellent patient communication and customer service skills.
- Previous retail/community pharmacy experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$71.90 - $76.78/hour
