Rehabilitation Physical Therapist (Rehab PT)
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative care to patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery. The Rehab PT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and help restore mobility, strength, and functional independence.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait, and mobility training.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, mobility training, and therapeutic interventions.
- Previous rehabilitation, inpatient rehab, outpatient, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
