Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide individualized therapy and help patients improve daily functioning, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic activities and training for daily living skills.
- Improve patients' strength, coordination, mobility, and functional independence.
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and safety.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and collaborate with the rehabilitation team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification preferred/required.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and functional therapy.
- Previous LTC/SNF, inpatient, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$51.32 - $56.20/hour
