Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations. The Occupational Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence, daily living skills, mobility, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and functional assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and functional skills.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and adaptive techniques.
- Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
- Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and continued care.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow patient safety, infection prevention, and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license as required.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current NBCOT certification preferred or required as applicable.
- Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, professional, and patient-focused.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
