Position / Specialty: Post-transplant Kidney RN
Start date: 7/20 or 8/3 M-F days 0800-1700
Years of experience Req: 1 Years. Care coordination for patients referred for kidney transplant evaluation.
Target RN skills: Ambulatory, Case Management, or Transplant experience
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend Req: No weekends, call or holidays
Certs Req: CCTC preferred
Call Req: No
Floating to sister Hospitals: No
Open to accommodating block schedule: No – unless posting states otherwise

Pending License accepted: No
RTO Restrictions: 1 Week Max
Special Notes: These roles are primarily office-based, with a high volume of phone triage. Patients are seen in the outpatient clinic 3 mornings per week. There are 3 other RNs who support our service.

Guaranteed Hours:
In the event of low census Healthcare Providers may be called off without charge or placed on-call (for standard on-call rate) in *** hour increments up to 1 shifts worth of hours in a 2 week cycle.
For ambulatory or surgical services areas that are closed on weekends and holidays, Hospitals will not schedule travelers or meet the minimum during these periods.
