Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry to provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring while ensuring patient safety and positive clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care to telemetry patients.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and recognize changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and facility protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Current ACLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring, telemetry interpretation, patient assessment, and acute care nursing.
- Previous Telemetry, PCU, Step-Down, or acute care nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$56.22 - $61.10/hour
