Shift: 4x10s 0530-1600, including Saturday with variable days off.

Special Notes: This unit has high acuity patient population age 12 fast paced environment, also receives patients from varied areas post procedure after sedation, both outpatient and inpatient. Unstable ICU patients go directly to the units. This unit performs tasks such as TEE, cardioversion, epidural block placement and lumbar injections. Unit looking for travelers with at least 2 years of ICU experience but are willing to train these nurses in PACU, since they have the critical thinking skills manager would be looking for. Manager will also consider PACU nurses with 2 years' experience in a high acuity level PACU and university level of care.
Guaranteed Hours:
In the event of low census Healthcare Providers may be called off without charge or placed on-call (for standard on-call rate) in *** hour increments up to 1 shifts worth of hours in a 2 week cycle.
For ambulatory or surgical services areas that are closed on weekends and holidays, Hospitals will not schedule travelers or meet the minimum during these periods.
