Description:
Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility ( NON SWEDISH ) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license.

Certs Required: BLS (ACLS Preferred)

Start Date- Mid November
Shift: 4x10 Days (0700-1530, 0900-1730)-flexibility is required and is expectation
Weekends: only call hours on Saturday, no weekend shifts
Call: Call Requirements for Ambulatory surgery:
2 weekdays and 1 weekend call on a 6-week schedule period
Call hours:
Monday to Thursday- 5pm to 9pm only
Friday 5pm to 11pm
Saturday 7am to 7pm
No Sunday call hours
30 minute travel time for call back or stay over end of shift
For Aya offer, will accept up to 3 days RTO, anything else will be a screen, no holiday RTO
Circulate- General Surgery, GYN, Urology, brachy therapy, breasts, plastics, Max face, ENT, Eyes, General, Hematology/Oncology, Ortho
Mix of both inpatient and out patient OR cases
40% Inpatient 60% Outpatient 20% Pediatrics
Hardstop must have skillset- General, Gyne, Breast surgery, ENT, urology, Pediatrics
Blood/Blood Products Administration
Cardioversion / Defibrillation;Cooling / Warming Blanket
Drains, Syringe Pumps, Wound Vac
Pay Rate
$60.01 - $64.88/hour
