Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00)
Description:
1Y/1ST TIMER - OR Circulating RN - Req 9680
Will position float between units: Yes per unit needs
Is on-call required? Yes 1 weekend every 5-6 weeks, 1 night every week
Are weekends required? Yes On-call
Are block schedules required? No
What are expected ratios? 1:1OR
Special requirements: OR Circulating RN, having ability to scrub would be helpful, but not required. Circulating RN will be going on maternity leave in Mid-March
Are 48 hours approved: No

*** Please note, it’s common for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets
*** professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S.
Facilities:
Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent
*Note for Seaside floating only – If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive ***/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement.
If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel.
Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
