Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide care for patients in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry setting. The MS/Tele RN will assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac rhythms, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patients with medical-surgical and telemetry needs.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and provide appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment, telemetry, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Previous Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or Step-Down experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$59.11 - $63.99/hour
