Description:
POSITION: Registered Nurse – MS/Tele

SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

• Shift hours/Contract Length: 3x12 Days 7a-7p/ 13 weeks
• Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
• Charting: EPIC experience required
• RTO/Block & Special Scheduling Requests: ALL requests must be included with the submission.
• Call off Policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.
• Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed
• Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes
• Locals Accepted? Radius Rule: RN's within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted.
REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Pending License Accepted: No, Must have an active New York Single State RN or LPN license. (NY is not Compact)
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS
=========================
• IV therapy/phlebotomy; blood product administration; peripheral line care/management; cardiac monitoring & emergency response; interpretation & management of dysrhythmias; rapid response/code team use;
• Nasal cannula; non-invasive airway management; oxygen administration; oxygen tanks, isolation precautions; wound care/wound vac
• Experience in MS/Tele settings
UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING

• Ratios: 1:5 (1:7 for MedSurg)
• Unit Details: 26 beds; specializes in care of patients post PCI, pacemakers, AICDs, post MI, and cardiac pharmacologic interventions
• Floating: Will be required to float within skillset
• Scrub Color: Any combination of navy blue and white
Pay Rate
$56.79 - $61.67/hour
