•CA state license: yes (HARDSTOP- CALIFORNIA CLS LICENSE MUST BE IN HAND, REQUIRED, DO NOT PASS IF THEY DO NOT HAVE CA CLS LICENSE)
•Pending License accepted: no
• RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days
Hospital Highlights
• Type of Facility: preop and phase II PACU and will be required to float to sister ministry Santa Rosa or Healdsberg Clinician will be informed in advance, atleast 24 hours.

$63.79 - $68.67/hour
