Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide safe, timely, and compassionate care to patients with urgent and emergency medical conditions. The RN will perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, administer treatments, and respond effectively to emergencies.

Responsibilities:

Perform rapid assessments and triage patients based on acuity.
Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and changes in patient condition.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
Assist with emergency procedures, trauma care, and resuscitation.
Start IVs, collect specimens, and perform nursing procedures.
Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with procedures.
Provide patient and family education and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Follow infection control, safety, and nursing standards.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted RN license.
Nursing degree from an accredited program.
Previous Emergency Department or acute care experience preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS certification.
PALS, TNCC, or other emergency nursing certifications preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

$60.01 - $64.88/hour
