Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room
Department: Emergency Department (ED/ER)

Job Summary:
The ER RN provides nursing care to patients with a wide range of urgent and emergent medical conditions. The RN assesses patients, prioritizes care, administers treatments, and works closely with physicians and the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity.
Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient condition.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency treatments.
Assist with procedures and provide care for critically ill or injured patients.
Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately.
Document patient care accurately in the EMR.
Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families.
Follow infection-control, safety, and hospital policies.

Pay Rate
$56.54 - $61.41/hour
