Description:
**Must have recent ICU experience within the last year**
Position / Specialty: RN/ Critical Care Float Pool
Start date:7/20
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights 3 - 12 Hours (3x12s only)
*MUST submit RTO prior to submitting to facility. Additional RTO will not be granted after offer has been made.
*References MUST be from a direct supervisor (not a charge RN)
Years of experience REQ: Must have 3 years of critical care experience (Level 1 Trauma Center experience)
First-timers accepted: (Y/N): No, needs strong ICU experience too
Weekend REQ: Yes, every other
Certs REQ: BCLS, ACLS, (Preferred: TNCC)
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes float to all critical care units
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) No
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Yes, N/A
Pending License accepted: (Y/N) No
-Tele is Required** Must be Proficient in Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, **there will be a test**
-Academic/Teaching facility experience required
-Required skills are Vents, IV start, telemetry and conscious sedation.
