Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Position: Acute Care Manager – Care Coordination
- Floating: Must be willing to float to the Laguna Facility
- Patient Ratio: 1:25
- Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute medical Care Manager experience with a focus on Care Coordination
- First-Time Travelers: Not Accepted – HARDSTOP. Previous travel experience is required.
- Weekend Requirement: Variable 5-day workweek. Department operations run 7 days per week. Days off will vary and are not guaranteed to be consecutive, although every effort will be made to schedule consecutive days off when possible.
- CA State License: Required
- Pending License: Accepted; however, the candidate must be fully licensed by the start date
- RTO Restrictions: Maximum 7 days
