Travel Experience: Unit accepts 1st time travelers
Minimum Years Experience: 2 with oncology experience
Call Requirements: N/A

Will this traveler need to float between like units: Yes
Position Requirements: This is a 30 bed unit specializing in the care of patients undergoing blood and marrow transplantation. Providing adult inpatient care for the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. RNs participate in meeting the complex care requirements of this population. Looking for travelers who have prior patient ratio experience of 1:3 or 1:4, but will consider 1:5.
Manager will decide if traveler fits best on 7NE or 8SA medical oncology, which is the same population without BMT.
Guaranteed Hours:
In the event of low census Healthcare Providers may be called off without charge or placed on-call (for standard on-call rate) in *** hour increments up to 1 shifts worth of hours in a 2 week cycle.
For ambulatory or surgical services areas that are closed on weekends and holidays, Hospitals will not schedule travelers or meet the minimum during these periods.
