Registered Nurse
Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, compassionate, and comprehensive nursing care to patients. The RN will assess patient needs, administer medications and treatments, monitor clinical conditions, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
Assess patients’ health status and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
Perform nursing procedures and provide wound care as needed.
Assist patients with daily care, mobility, and comfort needs.
Recognize and promptly report changes in patient condition.
Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Follow infection control, patient safety, and professional nursing standards.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
Nursing degree from an accredited program.
Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
Strong assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
BLS certification as required for the role.
Pay Rate
$62.75 - $67.63/hour
