Registered Nurse (RN)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe and compassionate patient care. The RN will assess patients, administer medications and treatments, monitor health conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and monitor changes in their condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.
- Educate patients and families about care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate patient needs and changes to physicians and the care team.
- Follow infection control, safety, and patient care standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Nursing degree from an accredited program.
- Previous nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
Pay Rate
$32.73 - $37.61/hour
