Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients by assessing their condition, administering treatments, monitoring progress, and coordinating care with the healthcare team to promote safe and effective patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.
  • Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes requiring intervention.
  • Provide wound care and other nursing procedures as needed.
  • Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and activities of daily living.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
  • Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and clinical standards.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current RN license in the applicable state.
  • Previous clinical or acute-care experience preferred.
  • BLS certification required/preferred as applicable.
  • Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Pay Rate
$38.62 - $43.50/hour
