Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a healthcare setting. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in patient condition.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments safely.
  • Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic findings.
  • Provide wound care, catheter care, and other nursing interventions as required.
  • Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
  • Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, disease management, and discharge instructions.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, procedures, and discharge planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with therapists, pharmacists, aides, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Follow infection prevention, HIPAA, patient safety, and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, and nursing procedures.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, critical-thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN preferred.
  • Previous acute-care, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient, or specialty nursing experience.
  • Additional clinical certifications based on the patient population and assignment.
  • Strong patient education and care coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Pay Rate
$37.48 - $42.36/hour
