Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care across a variety of healthcare settings. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
  • Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions throughout treatment.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor vital signs, document patient progress, and promptly report changes in patient condition.
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge planning.
  • Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols, HIPAA regulations, patient safety standards, and facility policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification preferred or required based on facility requirements.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and patient care skills.
  • Excellent communication, critical-thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Experience in acute care, outpatient, long-term care, rehabilitation, home health, or specialty nursing.
  • Previous travel or contract nursing experience preferred.
  • National specialty certification relevant to the clinical area preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

Pay Rate
$41.66 - $46.54/hour
