Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a variety of healthcare settings. The Registered Nurse will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans
  • Provide direct patient care while monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes in clinical status
  • Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
  • Coordinate and evaluate patient care plans while ensuring continuity of care throughout hospitalization or treatment
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, discharge instructions, and disease prevention
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient care coordination
  • Respond appropriately to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols, HIPAA regulations, patient safety standards, and facility policies
  • Supervise and delegate appropriate patient care activities to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Nursing Assistants, and support staff as permitted
  • Promote a compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered environment while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality

Required Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP, or specialty certifications as required by the assignment
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient assessment, medication administration, and evidence-based clinical practice
  • Excellent communication, critical-thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment while managing multiple patient priorities
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered, and high-quality nursing care

Pay Rate
$29.31 - $34.19/hour
