Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional, patient-centered nursing care across a variety of healthcare settings. The Registered Nurse will assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, and other treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, laboratory results, and responses to treatments, identifying and responding promptly to changes in patient status
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, case managers, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, disease prevention, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, care plans, and outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and continuity of patient care throughout the healthcare experience
• Operate and monitor medical equipment and technology necessary for patient care
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as required within the scope of practice
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, HIPAA regulations, and facility policies and procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient advocacy, and evidence-based nursing practices
• Foster a compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered environment that promotes safety, dignity, and positive patient experiences
Required Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent Registered Nurse experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical care standards
• Excellent clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment while managing multiple priorities
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based nursing care
Pay Rate
$39.38 - $44.26/hour
