Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across various healthcare settings. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
• Assess patient health conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care to ill, injured, or recovering patients.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor, document, and report changes in patient conditions.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care.
• Supervise and support nursing staff as needed to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with clinical standards.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of medication administration, infection control, and patient safety practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality care.
Pay Rate
$38.05 - $42.93/hour
