Registered Nurse – Pulmonary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions. The Pulmonary RN will assess patient needs, administer treatments, monitor respiratory status, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and document patients with pulmonary and respiratory conditions.
- Administer medications, oxygen therapy, and respiratory treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor respiratory status and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and pulmonary care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pulmonary care, respiratory disorders, and patient assessment.
- Previous Pulmonary, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or Acute Care nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$17.00 - $17.00/hour
