Bill Rate: 70 before Admin Fees
Start Date: 8/10
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time):PART-TIME/FULL-TIME. 32-36 hours. 8hr Eve 3-11:30pm
Experience Requirements: 2 yrs, Must have psychiatric Acute Care, Adolescent/young adult, Low to moderate acuity
License/ Certification Requirements: IL Lic, CPR, CPI-required to submit, will have to fill out a CANTS form upon acceptance, Epic experience
Floating Requirements: like units
Weekend Requirements:every other weekend
On-Call Requirements:na
Holiday Requirements:as needed
Submit with: updated resume, 1 completed reference from a psychiatric supervisor within the last year, skills checklist-psych, IL Lic, CPI-required to submit
CANTS will be required to work there so if they have it current great if not will complete the form upon acceptance
Pay Rate
$48.78 - $53.66/hour
