Job Details
Class/Area: RN / PCU
Bill Rate: $95 before admin fee
Start Date: 11/9 or 2 weeks later
Scheduled details: 12hr Nights; 1900-0730 x3 shifts per week
Experience Requirements: 2 years of recent Critical Care/ICU or Emergency Department experience (looking for candidates with strong critical thinking skills), Experience with BiPAP, chest tubes, PICC lines, and drawing their own labs, Comfortable without a vascular access team, calling on own consults, and conducting own codes, Open-heart Day 2 or Day 3 preferred experience with pacer wires (patient ratios are 3:1 or 4:1 tops)
License/ Certification Requirements: KS RN or Compact RN License along with BLS, ACLS, & NIH
Floating Requirements: Will be expected to float to ICU and all inpatient units- Med/surge, Med/tele, Acute/tele, and ED with prior experience
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend Required
On-Call Requirements: None
Holiday Requirement: Based on unit needs, must be willing to work some holidays
Orientation Requirements: will attend the fist 2 days of orientation at the KUKC Campus, on day 3 THP will attend Olathe orientation and Director of Nursing training, Day 4 Olathe Director of Nursing training, Day 5 THP will attend virtual Epic training
Creds Due: Monday 1 week prior to Monday start | Expectations: CBC, DS, and lab work must be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance.
Notes: TUKHS is a nicotine-free facility | 8 hours non-billable orientation | Current EMR is EPIC | TUKHS is a nicotine-free facility | Bi-weekly pay period | Client is allowed the cancellation of one shift per 2-week pay period at no cost to the client and no pay to the employee. Will provide a minimum 2-hour notice via Smart Square.

$69.11 - $73.98/hour
