Registered Nurse (RN) – Primary Care

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care, patient education, and clinical support in a primary care setting.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients, obtain vital signs, and review medical histories.
Assist providers with examinations and clinical procedures.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients on medications, preventive care, and health management.
Coordinate follow-up appointments, referrals, and patient care as needed.
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
Active RN license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS certification required.
Strong knowledge of primary care nursing, patient education, and clinical assessment.
Previous primary care, outpatient, or ambulatory care experience preferred.

Pay Rate
$51.32 - $56.20/hour
