Start Date: 7/20 or 8/10
Bill Rate $82
MUST be available August 10-14, no request days off (EMR upgrade and need all staff)
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 10hr Day, start time 9a or 10 am start time depending schedule
Experience Requirements: 3 yrs PACU experience,
License/ Certification Requirements: IL Lic, CPR,ACLS,,
Submittal packet- IL lic, updates resume, 1 reference within the last year ,
Floating Requirements: na
Weekend Requirements: na
On-Call Requirements: na
Holiday Requirements: na
Notes: Pre-op, Post op, Phase 1 Pacu - will float within the department
Order Status: 7/9
