Registered Nurse - Management
Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse in Management to oversee nursing operations, support clinical staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. The RN Manager will coordinate staffing, monitor department performance, and promote patient safety and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily nursing operations and patient care activities.
Supervise, guide, and support nursing staff.
Coordinate staffing schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor patient outcomes, care quality, and safety standards.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
Support staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
Review clinical documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Manage departmental supplies, equipment, and operational needs.
Address patient care concerns and support quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
Previous nursing leadership or management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient safety, and clinical standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage staff, coordinate resources, and support quality patient care.
Pay Rate
$70.00 - $100.00/hour
