RN-Clinical Coordinator
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 8hr Eve 3p-11:30p, Monday -Friday
Experience Requirements: 3 yrs Clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical
expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare. Additional duties as identified, including Staffing/Scheduling, Staff Education, Charge RN.
License/ Certification Requirements: Il Lic, Bachlors Degree, CPI, BLS,ACLS- must submit a EKG test passed with an 80% or higher
Floating Requirements: NA
Weekend Requirements: NA
On-Call Requirements: NA
Holiday Requirements: as needed
Client Specific Notes: Direct Resources Managed: 1-5, Indirect 1-10
