Contract Length: 8 weeks
Schedule details: 20 hours per week | 2-10hr shifts with possibility to pick up more HOUR SHIFTS | 6:30-5P
Experience required: RN CVOR - Circulate | Epic, 3 yrs plus years of core CVOR experience, Endovascular/ Cardiac open heart experience preferred., 1 travel
Experience preferred: RN CVOR -scrub
License? Certification Required: IL License
Float Requirements: as needed
Weekend Requirements: as needed
On-Call Requirements: $8, 2 hr min call back, must be within 30 mins for call
Holiday Requirements: as needed
Notes: Glenbrook is a CV institute open heart and vascular will be paired with a preceptor to watch 1st cases for vascular and open heart
Orientation: 3-5 days of orientation/16hrs non billable
Credentials: Due Thursday before start. | Need CBC, DS & QuantiFERON gold - within 90days

$75.61 - $80.49/hour
