Scheduled details 12hr Night
Unit: ICU-CVICU
Experience Requirements: 2 yrs CV ICU -Will have to pass an EKG test
Weekend: every other weekend
Charge experience: preferred- please note if they have charge exp
License/ Certification Requirements: Active IL lic, CPR,ACLS, NIHSS Epic experience
Campus. GB Campus is cardio vascular focused
REQUIRED Skills: CVI ICU
•Interpretation/management of dysrhythmias, multi-system organ failure, thermoregulation, CABG, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Impella, Post Cardiac Surgery (not directly from the OR), Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Valve Replacement/Repair, LVAD/RVAD, CVVHD/CRRT, IV therapy (accessing ports, arterial line management, blood product administration, central line care/management, PICC line management, starting IVs), Medications (continuous IV paralytics/neuromuscular blockade, continuous IV sedation, emergency medications, procedural sedation administration, titrate cardiac drips, titrate vasoactive drips), CVA/Acute Stroke Management, Lumbar drains, assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Care of ventilated patient, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), interpretatio
