Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide preventive and therapeutic dental care in a modern, patient-focused dental practice. The RDH will deliver high-quality hygiene services, support patient education, and collaborate with the dental team to ensure a comfortable, efficient, and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive hygiene procedures
• Conduct oral health assessments and document findings accurately
• Take and review dental radiographs as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, periodontal care, and preventive dentistry
• Assist with oral cancer screenings and advanced hygiene procedures as applicable
• Maintain infection control standards and sterilization protocols
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to support treatment plans
• Utilize modern dental technologies and equipment
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Minimum 2 years of recent dental hygiene experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
