Regional Pharmacy Manager
Position Summary
Oversee pharmacy operations across multiple locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant medication services. Lead pharmacy teams, support operational performance, and promote high standards of patient care and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations across assigned locations.
- Lead, train, and support pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
- Ensure accurate and safe medication dispensing practices.
- Monitor pharmacy performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, and operational needs.
- Support inventory management, purchasing, and medication cost controls.
- Address operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and leadership to improve patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and support audits and quality initiatives.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
- Current Pharmacist license in the applicable state(s).
- Previous pharmacy management or multi-site leadership experience required.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and medication safety.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities effectively.
Pay Rate
$94.77 - $99.64/hour
