Regional Manager – Pharmacy
Oversee pharmacy operations across multiple locations while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant medication services. The Regional Pharmacy Manager will provide leadership to pharmacy teams, monitor performance, support operational goals, and maintain high standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee pharmacy operations and performance across assigned locations.
- Lead, coach, and support pharmacy managers and staff.
- Ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing and distribution.
- Monitor staffing, productivity, workflow, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and quality standards.
- Review pharmacy metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Support inventory management, purchasing, and cost-control initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare leadership and other departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and process improvements.
- Promote excellent patient service and medication safety.
Qualifications
- Current Pharmacist (PharmD or RPh) license as required.
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited program.
- Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience.
- Multi-site or regional pharmacy management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations, compliance, and medication safety.
Pay Rate
$162,000.00 - $244,000.00/year
