Description:
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years - Unit accepts first time travelers
CALL: None
UNIT DETAILS: 2 MRI units in the hospital: a Siemens Espree and Siemens SOLA. Scrub color is dark grey. We cover a wide variety of patients in the Inpatient/Outpatient and Emergency Room settings. On Tues-Thurs we have a Cardiac MRI schedule. On Saturday we have an outpatient schedule as well as Inpatients and Emergency patients
PREFERRED: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics
FLOATING: Within facility/scope of practice as needed
RTO: 7 maximum days per contract
HOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

COMPLIANCE: FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule
CLINICAL SCREEN - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.

Please Note: Number of Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) Hours is determined by contract length (ex 8hrs for 8 week assignment; 19hrs for 19 week assignment)
