Description:

Position Summary

We are seeking qualified Radiology, Cardiology, and Mammography Technologists to perform diagnostic procedures, operate specialized equipment, and support accurate diagnosis while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging and cardiology procedures according to established protocols.
Prepare and position patients for examinations.
Operate and maintain imaging or diagnostic equipment.
Obtain high-quality images and test results for physician review.
Follow radiation safety, infection prevention, and patient safety standards.
Monitor patients during procedures and report concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate patient records and procedure documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Explain procedures to patients and help ensure their comfort.

Required Qualifications

Relevant education in Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, or Mammography.
Active state license where required.
Applicable certification, such as ARRT or ARRT Mammography, based on the assigned specialty.
Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, equipment operation, and patient safety.
Strong communication, technical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the assigned specialty.
BLS certification, as required by the assignment.
Familiarity with PACS, electronic medical records (EMR), and diagnostic imaging systems.

Pay Rate
$66.06 - $70.94/hour
